eke_zetec_RWD
had to re-position a valve, some how it was quite a bit out! all back together now. i also made new cam bearings, from phosphor bronze. the white metal ones dont last with the roller cam - too much load. i also made the bearings wider than the towers since the journals on the cam are wider. this will help them last longer. you can see in the pic the bronze bearings hanging out. i also added the straps over the cam towers - its a common thing for big cams to cause the towers to snap off.
eke_zetec_RWD
On dyno today, when pretty good! 243kw atw in new school tems thats 20 psi tapering down to about 18psi up top. its a big up and down as i need a stiffer wastegate spring and was hard to get the boost to stay up. if i get a new spring and hold it at 22psi the whole way it should be around the 250 to 260kw mark id say.
