Mike-e Posted April 25, 2007 Share Posted April 25, 2007 Bought another car this morning picked up for $2g, henious paint job, grill is in the boot, no motor or box. has: lexan windows, VR4 ventilated rotors, mr2 turbo twin pot calipers, mr2 struts, molested falcon front springs, glass bonnet, wilwood brake bias adjuster, mitsi canter master cylinder, locked ae86 arse end, nice exhaust. all i can remember atm. oh, homo'd cage, 2 seats and yummy dash, expired belts. has mounts for a K series in it. plan is to get a k series to get it mobile, then cut and weld in 4ag as already have decent motor/box for it. mean. oh and guards have been pumped abit. is in serious need of chrome trims and paint/mattyb. Mike-e Posted May 2, 2007 Author Share Posted May 2, 2007 went and picked up new shortblock for it last night std 4ag blacktop done 80 mint. started to pull this motor apart for good head and conrods/pistons .....but its fucked does #4 sound noisy to you? bores 1, 2, 3 and 4, all scored to fuck, all pistons skirts to far gone to save atleast I still have this mint block and crank, need pistons/rods. gay. Mike-e Posted October 25, 2007 Author Share Posted October 25, 2007 /yeah so the gist of it is: beams 3s+forged pistons/rods @ 10:1 comp ratio + GT35 w/ fridge on front and motec telling everything what to do. still needing a gearbox and need to change my diff to something more adequate, prob gay hilux one. am after 400-500hp want to use it for tarmac rally occasionally gravel and a os trackday or two. got heaps left to do/yuh i know.
