thegreatestben Posted February 6, 2007 Share Posted February 6, 2007 Well finally decided to go oldschool after my mate having a couple of nice examples of 70's/80's cool Toyotas I decided to buy one of my own. I've always favoured Toyotas over any other make. My weapon of choice is a stock standard 1981 Celica XX/supra. Yep its a bit funny looking and isnt the prettiest car out there I must admit, but I've always been abit odd in my choice of vehicles. I have big plans (that arent necessarily gonna happen) but I'm keen to give it a shot. At the moment the Car has a M-EU engine which is a 2L straight 6, W50 manual gearbox and T series disk brake diff. I have a 1g-gte out of an 89 supra and a W55 gearbox (not w58, didnt see the point) which will hopefully make there way into the car. Other mods will be in the mix but I havent seen the car in the flesh just yet, Picking the beast up on the 17th of Feb. Pics of car - I also just won the auction for these wheels on trademe: 15x7 -2 offset Rather exciting stuff! Updates when I pick it up!
