dismantled the motor that i have planed to use, it turn out to be in good

nick but didn't realise in till i pulled it apart so i might as well do a recon and rip the ballance shafts out.

got a l200 5 speed gearbox and spare clutch and pressure plate all i need is rwd engine mounts and gearbox mount for dummy fit. dscf0048vo5.jpg

Just to prove i haven't had my thumb up my ass.

cleaned up the gearbox

rebuilt the motor and got a 16g turb still need to do custom water lines for rwd.

dscf0080gn3.jpgAlso done the dummy fit, tight as a nuns cunt. cannot fit the actuator on the turbo

because of the brake lines coming of the master cylinder.

hopefuly not to difficult to fix.

this is what i've been up to the last 2 years

Finally finished the engine bay, undersealing and rust work you just keep finding more.

Apprantly they don't make new shoes anymore so had my old ones re done

Put the diff in and got sum monroe shocks, doing the fuel system right now should be done in acouple of weeks.

havent done much, just the fuel systems and mounted after market guages, still pissing around with the wiring

Finished all the wiring now, tested all the lights and swiches all works good. added guages, sensors, alarm, 2 fuel pumps, put the battery in the boot

powder coated the rocker cover blue candy,(looks like crap in the photos)

mounted the wastgate accuator, might have to put a externall later (i know a couple of people that have a problem with over boosting in their starions)

eci wiring and mounted the sensors

used some armorall on the dash, now nice and black but shows up the cracks

put 5 smoke series guages in the dash ( oil press, boost , water temp.) and center conole(volt oil temp.), border line distracting at night.

got rid of the crappy fake wood grain and used some crappy fake carbon fiber. (fucks with your eyes.)

this is how i done the battery system, brass block with threded holes works well

L200 gearbox shifther must be about 1 inch further back had to cut a inch out of the tunnel and change the center console.

Havent been upto much just talked to the certifier he didnt say much just need heatsheild and drive shaft loop

This is how it looked the day he had a look. note the 45' 3"-2" reducer off the turbo all fit like a glove in the end

a ruf idear what it'll look like, evo 6 intercooler's core the same width as the entire radiator. The intercooler pipes will come out on eather side of the radiator. (Had to cut the bumper a bit though)
