v3k Posted October 21, 2005 Share Posted October 21, 2005 Howdee. Just had a look down the carb of my van (aisan carb, 3Y engine) and it is as black as the ace of spades down there. That is not normal is it? Would this be characteristic of backfires through the carb? or something more sinister?
