On 12a box's is there a visual way to tell the difference between a normal 12a box and a 12at box? 

I'm told it's a 12at box.

it's false economy to have to return shit too often though. But yeah, I had a koken ratchet at work stop working. I asked the cuntox who sold it to me about the warantee. He said you pretty much needed a lawyer to get them to honour their guarantee.  Then said it was probably just full of crud.
