it's false economy to have to return shit too often though. But yeah, I had a koken ratchet at work stop working. I asked the cuntox who sold it to me about the warantee. He said you pretty much needed a lawyer to get them to honour their guarantee. Then said it was probably just full of crud. And you're supposed to strip, clean, and re lube a ratchet every few months. Cool story bro......
you ever deal with a guy at a trade esque shop who really rubs you up the wrong way? That guy is one of them.
The local koken dealer up here is super easy to deal with just drop it off and get a text a few day later when the replacement has arrived.

On 12a box's is there a visual way to tell the difference between a normal 12a box and a 12at box?
I'm told it's a 12at box.
