Very commonly used in home-builts and LSA, because of their physical size and reliability.
There's a home-build that's based out of Matamata, powered by a 13b - You can hear it coming from miles away and it sounds like it's traveling much, much faster than it is.

Nope, it's sediment.
Moisture collects below the fuel - eg: in the bottom of the tank, and looks like water.
