hmmm sounds like a decent idea, i was thinking about buying a starion for parts to finish my other sigma so that mite be the go.....

would probly need to get shocks shortened a bit too?

i have been thinking about doing this too but trouble is finding an adjustable shock like that?

standard would probly be algoods unless you wanted to get cam work done then you would probly want to get a weber carb to get the most benefit out of it. but then if you wanted power a 4g63 would be the go

any sugestions for front springs to use apart from cuts? i know damien has vw springs but i cant find any atm so trying to see what else will work?.......

also if i use the towbar off my other sigma sedan does it need to be certed for this car or any shit like that?

basically the dude reckons it got rust not sure how bad. but i prety much want to buy it and strip all the running gear; engine, loom, box, diff, front struts, brakes etc to put into the sigma so i can get it done. plus it has a street cam and front mont etc which is prety sweet.

and yes i do have a starion engine and box already in my sigma but my problem is finding all the other parts i need to complete the build. and the looms i have look prety messy.

this will then leave me with a spare motor and box. and after having a litle talk with fuel ive been thinking about rebuilding this motor but make it into a dohc using the starion block and vr4 parts. this will then give me a way better base to extract power from the motor and may one day end up in the wagon or back in the sedan.

so if anyone is interested in a starion shell or body parts i may have some for sale soon......

oh and feel free to abuse me for wanting to kill a starion....

haha i was hoping he didnt relist so i could get it before anyone else, he reckons there were quite a few interested but i was first in.

its not as mint as you think bro, i had a real good look over the car it has a slight oil leak and couple litle bits off rust around, been keyed on driver side and dent on l/r wheel arch. but still it got wof and rego and drives nice so cant complian.

interior is real mint which i like

wouldnt mind pinching your roof racks and towbar haha

after lowering springs in rear and sportsmax rims, rubs a bit so will roll lip up on inside of gaurd.


absolutely love this....

what me and my mate did to his shuttle, cant remember what springs/shock we used but was uncaptive and only just off the bumps. 15 by8s with a zero offset and hammered gaurds.

then he rolled it doing hammys, and that was the end of that....

i have an 8v g63b sohc turbo head if your keen, cam got a lil surface rust but i have a spare cam thats mint too.

what hapens when a bridge jumps out in front of you....

you forgot to mention that they 15x6.5 with a 16 offset if that helps at all

get 9s for the front anyway and just make them fit even if you have to molester your gaurds will be sick....
