I set my hand on fire, borrowd dads propane torch, which as it turns out leaks as i found out when it flared out the side burning all the hair off my hands. Will search the net tonight for tips on doing it, and try again tomorrow. 18. Hi, I have a mk1 2 door escort i am rebuilding, it a 1300 super, and i have brought a mk2 1600 ghia to use as a donor car which i want to use the motor box and diff out of. How do i go about adjusting the speedo to suit the new ratios? Or am i better to use the existing box/diff and just swap the engine over?
