  1. Replaced the fuel pump for a higher flowing pump (Bosch 950 to a Bosch 910) and a FPR suited for this engine. Not sure if its made an improvement but I can sort of rest at ease that the engine wont be running lean.

It is back to being my daily driver now and im pretty happy with how its going. A bonus with this engine swap is that it seems to be almost twice as economical as the old motor (if that makes sense)

    As promised, skid vid.

All thats left to do now is get it certified. I may be looking at selling in the near future. Weighing up the pros and cons

  2. So it looks like the clutch plate is going to be an issue. From what I gather off the Exedy website, the 4G32 clutch plate is 200mm OD with 20 spline and the 4G63's are 215/220mm OD with 23 spline.

Any one know of a Mitsubishi clutch plate that is 23 spline but is 200mm OD?

    Custom clutch possibly?

  3. Hey Clint

My cousin is getting his VK commodore certified by you this Thursday I believe (be kind to him, haha) and he said that you mentioned that the 1 piece driveshafts tend to rub - You were bang on.

Whats the most common way around this? Would it be acceptable to remove the mount for the hanger bearing all together or is the mount a structural part?

  4. Just wanting to know if there are any issues with this combination.

First off is it possible - Im thinking yes.

A little voice is saying a new clutch plate is needed as well as the 4G32 clutch wil not fit the spline of the 4G63 box.
