We used a Dimond tipped blade in a drop saw/skill saw when building towers out glass pultrusions.
And concrete drills as well for holes, you would only get about 2 holes out of a normal drill bit

I linish my tungstens to a point, they soon ball when your welding,
I find Most ali is clean enough to just weld without cleaning up, scotch brite is excellent to clean alloy
When you find settings that work, make a note of them, even better find someone with the same machine and pinch their settings
My tig is digital, fuck knows what each setting is, i just know what numbers should be in each box
Fancy putting up the numbers out of your old box machine? Or coming round mine for a few pointers?

Don't have that spacer in mine because I spaced between the brake disc and the hub to give me another 4-5mm clearance on the back of the wheels.
Running fully epic 45 degree spec........................should help keep the stones out......or not.
Can take the Nissan off , isn't any balance lines hiding inside like the mazda ones.

If you want try them upside down, don't have to take as much out of them.
Bleed nipples get cosy to the strut tho -
Just above the left headlight on radiator support..
Pretty cool that a basically paperish looking sticker has lastest 40 odd years.
