  1. Should buy it and sell at $30 per 500 mls. Market it"as good as por15 for half the price"

Might get some and try it on the rolla. Problem is if I fuck it up its gunna be and epic mish to get it off right

  2. From the trademe auctions thread:

    $68 for 20L (iirc)

    Datasheet: http://www.sealtec.co.nz/anytime/pdf_files/anytime461e7132a053fp314.pdf

Would this stuff be suitable for use on my landrover (full rebuild, galv'd chassis)

    Or would por15 be better?

How much would I be looking at for por15 (20L)

Would it be worthwhile using this on othercars as well? (Also have Corolla, Holden Premier projects)

  3. Yeah agree with kyteler there. While a p76 would be nice, It looks to similar to the chev diesel pic to rule it out. The oil lines, hoist bracket and oil filler look spot on.

Went on youtube and looked at some vids on these chev v8s, sound tough as!

  4. Ah but... the engine is canted over to it's left (looking front on) which gives the appearance of a missing bank, look down though, sitting pretty much behind the alternator, is what looks like another valve cover...

Exactly what I was looking at, if you zoom right in you can almost see another branch of the inlet manifold.

The block (if its there on the left) appears to have surface rust as opposed to oil/grime, giving the appearance its not there.

trying to find a left hand pic of the chev v8 diesel but its highly likely that the bank of cylinders are offset behind the alternator.

Comparing the right hand side to that pic of the 6.5 diesel, they are scarily similar. Oil lines, oil feed, valve cover etc
