putting a viper engine in something would be purely for the wank factor of saying you have a viper v10 engine. From what I have seen they are a pretty flawed engine.

Believe it or not they run a single cam vvt system, where the exhaust cam lobes are on an outer shell of the cam that rotates on the inner intake cam stz, the reason for the vvt was not performance, but was to make the engine run better at idle
