  1. Nah you will be hard pressed to crush the uhmwpe. 50 mm od with a 12mm hole up the guts still gives you a 19mm wall thickness. thats heaps.

And you should get your stuff on monday.I sent it out this morn.

  2. I got a 92 Pajero.

bought it for $2000 just over a year ago. Only thing i have changed is put a light bar on the roof with 4 8" spot lights, a respectable sound system that does 138ish Db's and a new marine battery. Also mounted a plate for a removable front towbar.

when i bought it, it had just had the heads done and motor rebuilt. A new LSD in the arse end and locker in the middle.

only use it for fishing and doing donuts on my brothers back lawn at the mo. only done about 1000 kms since i bought it. The All Terrains that are on it are capable of off road, but i find they hold the dirt to much and turn into slicks.

Here it is with the front towbar and a rod holder and bait board i made up for it.

  3. There are no rules for this dive. The sled will be used to train Dave's ears for equalizing below a certain depth. The sled will give him almost an extra minute to mess around with ears and such.

Bonding nylon to the inside of the ball is what worried me. An interference fit with something metal seems safest - but I have not looked into it properly yet

I can supply nylon, uhmwpe, pvc, acrylic, acetal, polyprop, teflon, peek, nylon GSM, nylon LF, PETP in rod form. just let me know if you want anything and its yours

  4. My wife works for an insurance company. i have access to the motochek website.

All it says is that it was written it off and dereged.

My wife could possibly find out which company it was, but as the date it was written off puts it as a historic claim/case then there may not be much info

  5. Im pretty confident is an early crown mount. The shock slightly more confirms my thoughts. If you have no luck in finding a mount you can get them rebuilt with nolethane at a place called shock absorber services. They re-made a mount for me once that was hard to find. Im sure other places could rebuild it also. Or jump on tardme and search this guy > swampy9 They have a pair of mounts in stock at the moment to suit an early crown. I was quoted $130 couriered to Auckland from Rangiora

Shock Absorber Services would have sent the job to Bricon Engineering, who would of sent the job to my work to get done.

if you can make a mould up then i can pour it with polyurethane.
