There used to be, but I'm unsure of he is still there. Was either the unit on the right next to rx7 heaven, or the second unit to the right. His name was Jason. Haven't had a bottle filled for a while now tho. I'm trying to see if my mate still gets them done from there tho.

A few years ago there was a guy in East tamaki that would fill gas bottles and there was no swapping bottles or any hire bottle fees etc does this ring a bell to anyone? Will try and see if he is still going and where he is located.
would that be jason? on andromeda cresent?

Hmmmm I just registered my boat trailer today.
Best part is that it's not a 2015 home built (more like a late 1980's), but that's what they registered it as. Just got a 3 year warrent on it as well.

Where and how cheap?
Funnily enough it's out in Pokeno as well. Will find out how much he wants, it's not a HSV one either tho. Was my mates daily driver, but now he has a company ute, so doesn't need it.

I can prob make them at work. But tomorrow is my last day till the 5th jan. Post up a pic of them, and I will advise. What shore hardness do you want them in?
-
Those are my 20's that are for sale. I have made a few trailers for jet skis and dirt bikes, that look amazing on 20's. That and the other 2 rims were destroyed in an accident.

Ok here goes, billets are 300mm long and sheets are 1000mm x 1000mm. All billets, tubes, and sheets come in the below grades. Billets start at 10mm dia, and go up to 150mm dia. Sheets are from 3mm to 50mm thick. Tubes are mostly large diameters, that wouldn't be used on cars etc.
PU60A. 60A shore hardness. Light blue
PU20. 75A shore hardness. Orange
PU30. 80A shore hardness. Yellow
PU40. 90A shore hardness. Red
PU50. 95A shore hardness. Black
PU70D. 70D shore hardness. Dark Blue
PU40 is the standard suspension grade, PU30 is what we usually use to repair ball joints. Can make engine mounts etc, just need moulds made up.
If you have new bushes etc that you want more of, then I can clone the origional sand pour as many as you need.
All grades can be custom poured in the colour you want.
PU40 rod is approx $82 + gst retail. I will give OS guys a mean discount tho.

Billets are 300mm long. Standard length. May have offcuts at work tho. Will look in the workshop. What hardness would you like? I'll put up a list tomorrow, when I get to work, of the hardness vs the grade we call it. Ive had a few beers tonight, so will probably get numbers mixed up haha
-
I work with polyurethane every day. I can supply polyurethane rod or sheet to you guys, and you can machine up bushes etc to suit. Or if you have new ones, I can take clone moulds from them, and pour bushes whenever you need them.
Pretty much any shore hardness from 60-95A and some in the D's

See if you can find a copy of NZS 5467:1993 Code of Practice for Light Trailers, which gives limits of overhangs, loadings, etc. To be rated as a light trailer you have to keep the GVM (trailer tare weight + payload) of the trailer less than or equal to 3,500kg, otherwise its considered a heavy vehicle and a heavy vehicle certifier has to become involved (if your car/truck can actually tow that much anyway).
I just so happen to have a copy of this on PDF, if anybody wants it. Just PM me your email address.

I painted my wheels on my commy about 12 months ago, still on them. Few scrapes and scratches but it's stuck like shit to a blanket. Good water blaster will peel it off pretty quickly tho
