i make tanks like that for a living.
chuck some water in it and it'll probably pop back into shape, however that crease along the bottom edge where the base meats the side is probably structurally compromised so if i were you id point that side of the tank away from anything you dont want hit by an extremely angry wall of very heavy water.

"Why haven't you done anything on any of your cars for the last million years sheepers?"
Well, I'm glad you asked.
You see, we tried to sell the house and everything turned to shit so we had to re think many things. The end result of the combined thinking was that my garage got destroyed.
It has taken about 4 months longer than it should thanks to council and difficulty getting materials and people not doing what they said they would do but here we are.
I've built a bedroom and bathroom in the garage.

if your valve clearance is going to be close enough that the difference between torqued and non torqued gap is a deal breaker you got way more problems.
just assemble it and nip up the bolts, if you want to get super pedantic take 0.5 off your measurements (if you can measure a piece of plasticine that accurately)

also i have heard that the guys bending F1 exhausts in the 70s had a torch with a ring of flames coming out of a special nozzle so it heated all sides of the pipe at the same time.
never seen one or a picture of one so could be bollocks but whatever.

it is WAY harder than it looks.
having tried it on some small pipe i wasn't able to get a flowing bend of any description.
however, i was only using a small propane torch and i definitely didn't have enough heat.

At this stage they've said it'll be another 7 months for the second one, but once they get into the swing of making them it could be as little as 2 months each for the last 2.

yea that's a good idea, if you bury it about 500 deep and pack the soil tight around it you'll be golden.
