That falls under the lack of driver training catagoury. Those drivers will still fuck up the new rules.

The problem in nz is we have no driver training.

The law states it is illegal to enter an intersection unless the exit is clear.

So if traffic is backed up. There will be a gap left there by the courteous and law abiding drivers of NZ.

Will there be any changes to the give-way rules at roundabouts?

No. You should continue to give way to vehicles on the roundabout coming from your right.

This is the 1st Ive heard of this... I thought the new give way rule applied to all intersections round abouts included.

So you will still have to give way to the right at round abouts but give way to the left at other intersections.

That could really confuse alot of people.

I have still seen bugger all or heard anything about this. Apparently they wont be publicising it on radio? Thats just useless as I don't watch telly and many other people don't. But most listen to radio at work etc. Even if they just keep people informed to the date and give a link to the website with changes.

And to check if its intake, while it's running spray some crc/brakekleen etc around the manifold. revs will increase if it's sucking in there

Possibly if it's the intake. But if it is the intake I wouldn't think the noise would be as described.
