yeah i did have to slot/redrill the tops of the strut tower, my old boss gave me a hand, and the set them up until they looked rite,and then used a di-grinder to slot the holes, its a pritty straight fwd conversion, ohh and from memory you have to machine the shock down to fit inside the bearing. next time im working on my car ill take my strut brace mounts off and take a pic to show you, if ya want that is

i used u13 bluebird strut tops cause they got bearing in them and make the steering a shit load lighter and low lancer maybe twin cam and turbo next time

Up Date: ok been very busy since last nyt posted here, easter sunday i fired it up, the monday i just put more interior in, seats, doors cards , also put the radiator in and plumbed that it, on the tuesday it was time for the exhust so we put a 2 inch exhust wit a coby and a dumpy, then i got to take it up the road for the 1st time, wednesday it went to p and h for a wheel allignment, then was up till 11 finishing it off, cert last thursday = fail, on booster needing another bracket made and installed, u-bolts been to long, drive shaft loop needing plates on the inside of the floor and hand brake needing adjusting, so was up till midnyt finishing that for re-check on friday, since then i been relaxing an just installing sounds, and few other little things, and the car is now stickered, pics to come, will post them during the week when there a decent nyt for photos,

hey guys, i just got my car on the road. and im already sick of changing the gears due to the long travel between the gears, i was wondering if any one had made a short shift for a 5 speed sierra? i was talking to the cert guy today, (around the corner from where im building my car) and he sed my tail lights are ilegal due to my blue dots, and that he cant cert them, yeah i was just gonna take it, and while he orders them ill fix everyfing up, and i hope i have it b4 3 weeks, im takin it away on the 24th
