i use to use a rb20 out of skyline with tripple efi side drafts that thing
reved like f@#k and went so hard man.
the carbs cost a bit man
had it in a mk4 tina hahaha was nasty sidways.

so waht im thinking of is nissan skyline running gear for the 4 discs around and 5 stud pattern.
sr20 turbo and 5 speed
bigger tunnel.drive shaft tunnel and diff tunnel.
4 link rear end
full cage
bubble arch
and more when i get started.

just picked this ner death 2 door up for my full rebuild
its not to bad a fer bit of rust.
but its perfect for what i need.

yeh i know that they are hard to get.
even a 2nd hand set will be fine even if the archers are rusty i dont mind
as most of it will be cut out.

i can get a few things from plamside motors but they dont do
mk1 front gaurds.

the reason i didnt just measure the holes
is i didnt have the block it was getting work
done on it and i just wanted to get all the partd
to rebuild the block.

no thats where i think i went wrong i have 2 cranks
and got the mixed up.hahahah

They have grooves in them to locate
yeh i put them in the groves the crank turned over
by itself but when i put the pistons in and done the big ends
up it wouldnt turn i tryed it with the old bearing shells and it was
sweet.

Also, the reason your crank won't turn is because the bearings are in wrong
what is the right way?

hi all i after the settings for the
crank main berings and rod big end aswell
my computer has shit itself
and im in a internet cafe so
if any one can text me them that would be shit hot

allso with new rod bigend shells i tryed to
tighten them a little and the crank would not turn
at all is there a reason for this or should it be
that hard to turn(cant turn at all)to start of with
the shells look a wee bit thick to me.

im buyilding but will start to look at other types a bit

as for turbos im useing a t3/t4 ptrim same one
i had on a mazda familia i built i got 331 hp out of a fwd

thats coming along so well mate.
the motors a nice fit aswell.
thats what i want to do with
mine archs the bubbles are mean.

where did you pick the front panel and bubbles from
and how much?
with the rad suport gone theres so much more room now
and that race civic rad will fitin there nicly.
and your right about that intercooler its a perfect fit
for the front so i have to ask bro whats the dimentions
may have to get me one
all in all i love it mate so keep the pics and up dates coming
all ive managed to do to mine is fully strip and i got the gaurd off
and the bodys not to bad but i want to get it sand balsted fully before i start.
and im have such a problem picking amotor.
its between small block v8,sr20det,or the one i think ill end up going with
rb25det.
but mymind changers all the time.
