I tried airplex but they only make the large type (bubble) type and when I asked if they made the thinner sport type I got told if they have one pattern they're not interested in making another type unfortunately. Its for an ae101 toyota fxgt so they have the slim style shields

hey team, just wondering if this is even possible, but has anybody got any idea if its even possible to get new clear plastic monsoon shields made?? I have an original pair that are together but cracked that could be used as patterns/moulds. Is 3d printing a possibility?? (they are quite long though). I can get the originals plastic welded and use them but its taken me years to get another drivers side (and its broken) and wouldn't mind sorting something better/new before these ones get damaged and cant be used as a pattern if it is at all possible

whys that?? I'ved used them before, bit spendy but was happy with the result

Mitsubishi fuel injection manifold has been used on an a15 with a bit of porting work. A15 head fits on a12, with bigger flowing head, then use factory manifold with your own bits

What about a datsun a12 or a15 with a turbo?? Small, cheap and take a turbo on a standard bottom end around 120-130 horse power?? And aren’t they close to bolting in??

If replacing diff in a 1982 b310 datsun sunny with a diff out of a 1982 s110 silvia, it uses all same mounting points, same suspension arms, brake lines, brake pedal, same width and master cylinder so no physical modification to any of the brake and suspension system, but changes from drum rear to disk brake rear would this need a cert (i think it probably would but thought i better confirm first)

plus its an overseas car market and doesnt compare to NZ prices, is an r100 worth $50-100k anywhere in north america/canada??
probably a fair price in canada where rotarys are a "weird little japanese car" to most people

i got a seat fixed the other day, was $500 to totally reupholster 1 seat, or $250 to repair the torn panels (the back and sides of seat were still fine) i went with the $250

It's the later shape 180b so they are worth much less than the early ones. Would be $4k tops with a wof, but with spots of rust coming through I'd be thinking less than that

4x114.3 is the pcd. If you do go a15 theres a hyundai fuel injecton manifold which just about lines up as an idea for future upgrades?? (thats if you dont just build your own obviously!!)
haha beaten to it ^^^
