  1. Have you checked that the starter motor, when bolted in place will contact the ring gear when starter is engaged? Also did you put a spigot bearing into the flywheel?
  2. I was wondering what Clutch/flywheel combo you are using?
  3. Brought Strut bar from local performance shop. Made end plates myself.
  4. Tarmacs are white. Car looked high as it is sitting on uneven ground.
  5. Wheels have been changed to Enkei tarmac wrc evos.
  6. Its factory blue paint. Dont know code or what its called. The turbo rvr has no cam angle sensor @ back of head. The 1 i worked on was a 1995 rvr. Yep jap turbo tail lights. Swaped a guy some standard ones for them. (score). If some one could point me in the right direction for a front kit that would be great. Pain in the butt stuff @ back of head is exactly that. Heat wrap is great stuff.
  7. Theres a small amount of heat around mastercylinder and bonnet but doesnt cause any problems. I guessed on how everything would fit aswell. I had a fairly good idea on what worked and what didint as this is my second 4g63 turbo conversion. (the other 1 became parts). I like your idea of bringing the engine foward which allows more room @ back of engine and your gearlever to be on the correct place. I tapped firewall back very slightly and used L200 box that way i could use all factory mounts.
  8. Thanks man. It goes ok i guess. I put the thermostat housing there as there is very little room elsewhere. Am in the process of re desigining it with a evo 5 inlet manifold which will give me heaps more room to put it elsewhere
  9. Does 12s on standard spec vr4 engine with bigger turbo, external wg and link ecu wich hasnt been tuned on crappy old 15 inch tyres.
  10. Your car will go good. Mine does. Have had mine going since 03, Re shelled it a couple of months ago.
