I watched the practice days the other week.

Screamer pipe makes a tiny increase in noise, and only once the engine is at full tap due to the generator on the turbo taking charge once it hits full boost and stopping it making any more boost.

There was some talk of the new exhaust arrangements being used to aero dynamic effect

E.G using waste gates to open fluid switchs for DRS and such

I really want Lewis to win as it will set up an Epic 2017 when him and Vettel go head to head for that first one to get that 5th title

More people are starting to pick up the story. It really seems like the only option they have - become a engine manufacturer, but base your engines off another.

 

I think everybody agrees that their engine is going to be at least partly a Renault engine next year...

However I still don't get why Renault would give all there IP on this engine to RedBull..........

Why would Renault put all this investment into something for RedBull to walk away with the IP and Badge it something else, there is no ROI for Renault 

Plus its not like RedBull is going to say if its Winner Thanks to Renault of the based design (They will claim its all down to the RedBull developments with Illen)

As Toto advised the Mercedes board if we Help RedBull you know all our IP is going to end up at Wolfsburg eventually, do we really want to give them all that IP (Pretty much killed the Merc deal)

Loved the Mclaren Comments why should they be a charity and do the hard yards for Redbull to just jump on a great motor once Honda is up to speed
