  1. still pretty dman confident that, all s13 suspension will fitin this bad boy as s12 and s13 very close and presuming 910 close to s12, ah the badness, man these cars are so friggin cool, oh btw if its got lsd, its not a crappy vicous either :P

  2. looking good man, the stree fins seem to suit it pretty well aye, could do with a bit more strech on those rear tyres, and maybe be a bit of ride height adjustment but im pretty sure ull deal to heigh issues rather quickly :P

  3. Friggin bangin ride man, top shit mate used to have one of these when i was much younger used to do 4 gear o's 4 up with ease, ah ive got an article in an old fast fours at home on a bluebird from tazzy runing a pretty dman hot fj20set and had the same kit as old mr fury will dig it out if ya intrested, as for motor z18et are the bizzo

  4. I have to s15 gt28s for sale if ya intrested both have done less than 15k and i want 800 each :P

s13/s14 both got t25, later madel s14 got t28, gti-r got t28 from factory but has much bigger exhust housing

  5. There are a greast deal of benifts, the fact that the motor mounts alot further back within the engine bay gives the jza80 much better weight dsitrubtion, also the 3rz can make insane power for a 4 cyliner upwards of 400kw can be achived with rods pistons and mild head work his has been proven by the crazy ass porto ricans. So why not be different new zealand has way to many sheep who just follow trends

I agree with you. The RB band wagon has proven that, but you can't go past a 2jz simply because so many people do it. The weight is the only good reason I can see to go past it.

The stroky little 3RZ doesn't seem like a better option to me though, wouldn't you be better to go for one of the new lexus v6 engines? I've heard of a few nice conversions overseas with these. I can't remember the code, but a 3-3.5 litre NA V6 making 200kw+ from the factory sounds pretty hard to go past..

Yeah the new toyota v6's are very horny, but theres jsut somthing so dirty about a 3rz in the jza90 shell :P

  6. holy crap. everyones so single minded.

i can pull the project pages off if everyone dislikes it that much. although im not gonna stop the build cos of you cunts :P

it was brought as a parts hauler but ended up needing alot more work than originally anticipated. so no. im not gonna drift it. no. im not gonna race WRX's with it. it isnt gonna be a race truck. its a cruiser/parts hauler.

    get bent

well then it's an extremly sissy mega gayzor fagilous parts hauler, im sure ull pull lots of little g unit gurls with that casue it's got bags ow

  7. Seems a bit silly to go to a 4cyl? They are heavy as (the jza80) :?

Would it be worth it?.. Badass engines though but then again so are 2jay-zeees

  8. IMO

1st: lose the air bags, coil overs in the front maybe series 4/5 suspension mght fit then you would also score the big breaks

2nd: ditch the air bags in the rear maybe a irs set up from a series 5 / or gts-t skyline

3rd as for engine choices turbo 2 litre mazda sp20 motor

4th do it, ive alwasy wanted to see some one set a ute up with really trick suspension, not some scummy air bag set up so that it handle mean and scares the crap outta wrx drivers

  9. white walls equal new cheap cunts modgie, get those 14's back on there jdm styes you and get some 185 streched over those 14s yeah yeah and some 25mil spacers

    1.

    its already got 185s

    2.

    its already got 25mm spacers

    3.

JDM has become gayer than modgies on DX's. its "drift" style thank you very much!

nuffin is gayer than any car on modgies, even turbo's are cooler than modgies, well if u want drift style maybe a set of these would help

16 by 12 inch super lite up in here

  10. yeah ae86 rears fit, but the height differs for the front.

ill sell ya a TRD race setup :P

Trd would be only way i'd go, some nice short shocks in the rear with some trd srpings, trd ae92 shocks in front with that spacer thingy agaion with trs springs, t3 rca's and t3 camber plates sorted :P you mite have to chnage to a ae85 front strut and lower arm tho

  11. im not trying to start some shit fight, i am merly stating my options and what i have heard, but as im in the process of help a friend modify a jza80 for d1nz i will have amuch more in deepth first hand knowledge of the 2jz shortly, if i was wanting a fun car with 200 hp id already have brought me a lotus seven powerd by a supercharged hybusia engine :P

  12. Only problem there is 200ish hp in a fat lard arse Supra doesn't get you anywhere

That's why in us specifaction they were sold with 320 hp and for the jap domestic market they were sold with 280, stay tuned for a supra tuning review shortly as I have a good mate who's goin to be looking for seriosu power from a jza80 shorty i know it's not old school but should be intresting build up to follow, hehehe by the way soonzin the side street beside quest is now soild black

  13. From :http://www.blinkbits.com/en_wikifeeds/Rb26dett

    RB26DETT

The first 2.6 L RB26DETT featured twin-turbochargers and produced 280 PS (206 kW) @ 6800 rpm and 260 ft·lbf (353 N·m) @ 4400 rpm. The last series of the RB26DETT produced 280 PS (206 kW) @ 6800 rpm and 289 ft·lbf (392 N·m) @ 4400 rpm. However, several stock (unmodified) engines have been dyno tested and reported to obtain nearer the 320 hp mark. It is widely renowned for its strength and extreme power potential. It is not uncommon for 600 hp to be achieved on the standard bottom end. With regular maintenance, many of these engines have been driven way past the 100,000 mile mark with a few heading toward 200,000 miles. from a highest mileage table in GT-R Magazine, January 2006 issue

again each to there own, but if i had the choice i know which id choose, just have a qik browse over some of the american supra forums to see the true potential of this engine, i rember reading a article about a dyno day in texas, of the 16 supras that showed up all had stock bottoms end all were daily driven, of the 16 i think it was 7 were pushing in excess of 700hp and the rest were all 550hp plus and all daily driven hehehe

  14. i hate you guys. i really do.

y do feel so much hate

And pies, you should put a 2JZ-GE with injection and six throttles in your car. THAT is the motor made for your car.

thats why. do you have any idea on what sort of thoughts are going through my head because of that comment?

Only good thought's i hope also add a set of 304 degree cams to that mix as well

  15. problem with this thread is i don't think there is a correct answer, the choice should be made on the application

e.g i would never drop a 4g into nissan nor would i ever think of puttin a sr20 into a toyota

measue up the engine bay and see what fits best from the same family first

don't forgot the ca18det as well for those old nissan good bang for buck expecally now that every wanna be d1 super star wants one for there d1 car now

but if it's a big car give the fucker a 1jz
