depends, with hunting you could find it all at pick a part, we use new rotors, reco'd calipers etc, but at a guess under $300 with a bit of work to do yourself or about $600-$700 if we did it for you its five stud toyota/falcon/mitzy/TX5 telstar not sure of PCD sorry

We can do a disk rear set up cheap as as well, rotors, calipers, cable handbrake n all. Bolts to diff housing and with modification cable hand brake works mint.

if you put coolant in before the engine got hot, possibility it has letched on gasket before it has bedded in, neva put anti freeze in before engine has got up to temp at least once, but as you say the whine itself could be anything, neva heard a fuel pump whine thou, would blame alt/gen front bearing before i pulled fuel pump off, try running engine with belts off, will at least rule another thing out
