Lol bugger off. Lathe mate!

Turbo or non turbo?
-
For a digger or what? How many etc?
-
Escort fuse holder haha. wasn't that mentioned above somewhere? They are inherently shit! Just keep em clean and tensioned and it will be sweet.
No such thing as a direct replacement but you can replace it with a modern type with a bit of mods.
-
And save yourself a mental breakdown and use a link g4+ atom for fucks sakes

But I dont want to.
What is a wasted spark multicoil setup going to do that a Dizzy wont.
Unless the dizzy wont work then fuck you and yo momma too
Dizzi will work sweet. Just use ecu to run igniter to charge/fire coil.
I use this set up on my escort. Only 4 teeth inside the dizzi for a pickup. ( or 2 teeth on crank will work)

Measure the size of the injector and the rail. Tell seal imports this and they will give u the correct orings. Bigger isn't better. Correct is better.
Also will need lube to install them.

Yea just looked at pic. Shock and arm will now both be in double shear. Shock mounted directly behind top arm on diff

Bear in mind I have no rx2 experience. But from the pics you could move the diff mounts inwards about 50mm per side and leave the body mounts stock. Then make new arms with the ends welded at the aproporate angle to match.
-
Un parallel arms bind anyway. Only even length parallel arms don't bind. That's why they use rubber to take up the binding.
Pan hard setup won't stop binding, it's the articulation. On a low stiff car there should be fuck all of this hopfully.
-
Just run the arms on a angle inwards so the diff mounts work. So either run rod ends on arms or use angled bushes.
That way you can use stock body mounts and hilux diff.
-
You need to cut the dxf in half so it goes over the diff tube from either side.
Email me the finished dxfs and il courier back the parts

2inch. If its in an escort your limited to size of exhausts that can fit under body but 1x resonator mid by tunnel and 1x muffler at rear is what Ive usually run. I used a turboflow type muff in the rear of one setup and it was nice, not teenage loud but not quiet either.
Gaz
I'm actually running a 3" on my turbo pinto mk1. And it's not to bad, my old 2.5 used to hit way more so good fitment is the key!

You can make it out of plain old zhorst tube. It works mint. (Ask Yowser)
Hope your kidding?
-
Hey mate, what are those side mirrors like? I got some for my mk1 but I didn't mount them as I thought they sat too low on the door... Can you see ok??
Cheers jase

According to that link my one is left hand drive
-
Bear in mind a link g4+ atom is only 1000 and will run ignition fully adjustable. Also future proofs you if change to injection.
Also you then have rev limiters, over heating limiters, warning lights etc.

Bring me the head and il fix it

My zetec with m90 running 7 psi was 240hp at the hubs last week. Plenty for anglia!
But I will be cranking that up to 15-18 psi soon so will be interesting to see

Your allowed 4 meters of deck from the last rear axle. This would help with getting lower cars on. Not so much help when pulling out of gas stations when your parked too close to the pump.
4 meters or 70% of wheelbase I thaught ? ( what ever is less/ use a trailer )
-
Sounds like u want a car trailer?
Low rego
No fuel
Cheap
Legal
Winch
Tilting
Yea nah?

The one in that link react really slow. But for non turbo that's not a problem. Link sell the good ones http://www.sprparts.co.nz/link-ecu/link-sensors/link-air-temp-sensor-1179394477.html
