Correct! That will be fine.
Motorbike helmets are good enough for motorsport use, but they are usually a heavier and don't provide as much peripheral vision as a specific car helmet. Motorbike ones have wide(tall) visors for being able to see while leaning forwards instead.
I run an RCI which is one of the cheaper Snell SA2005 approved helmets... But still cost around $500.

Wow that's hard to look at... I spotted a picture of the Elise on the Turners website and it was extremely second hand. Hope he has a speedy recovery.
Also saw the Exige in the latest G-force magazine. Haven't had time to read the article yet, but I assume it is more or less a relay of this thread?

If it hasn't been there that long then you wouldn't think it would be that hard to get out....
Taken the radiator out and cranked the hose through it while jiggling it around to get the water into all locations? Do this if you want your neighbours to give you strange looks.

New water pump fitted - the old one had about 10mm of play in the bearing and began to sound like the rapture (which didn't happen).
Also tightened up the tappet clearances to remove the daylight that was trapped between the cam and rocker arms. It's as quiet as a viscous fan now!
Put a timing light on and lolled that it still had 25' advance even after cranking it back by miles. Now running 12-14' advance. NO PINKING, smooth as a new one and pulls it to 100K nicely.
Quite chuffed with the fuel economy as well. I just finished off the OS nats tank - 560k's on 50 or so litres of fuel! Not bad for an old donk.
Next up: Unslam and weld patches for WOF

OK, each room is $110 for 2 people and another $20 per person - most rooms take 4 singles.
So we're looking at $150 per room with 4 boes in there which = $37.50 each per night. Everyone OK with that?
I've suggested that there will possibly be 20 of us, but want to email him and confirm the booking later this week. We can add extra people as the months count down, but it would be nice to have the majority locked in.
I've made the accom thread a sticky, go and post in there so I can confirm you, then we can look at gathering doe and paying.

So it turns out our place wasn't called Absolute (from what I can find) it appears that it was actually "Cutters lake view motor inn" - way more suitable name for a comb fight.

What's the deal with the campsite Wez? We're looking into booking accom at the Absolute motor inn - I assume you have the camp site fairly booked?

Oh, and the most important thing to do is TRY ONE ON before buying... This makes purchasing from a real life store a big bonus. You don't want to be stuck with an uncomfortable helmet forever.
