No sorry, l have done minimal euro stuff

Ive got  a shit load of dxf files manifold flanges, turbo flanges oil feed drains etc, sump profiles

Also got 20v itb file needs slight tweaking on inside hole on each itb mount

I'm on the h u nt for 1jzgte and 1600 mx5 exhaust flange profiles if anyone can help

The wurth shit is probably the cheapest at $40 a kit

Got my block back from being dowelled by the greens, now to send the rotating assembly to be balanced

Sku at design upholstery on white st, would be able to point you in the right direction

Just looked at original post on computer rather than phone, if you want to build up the sections at the end you'd be best to replace it

never had a good experience with machine part welding was 6-7years ago thou,

have had good results from metal repair systems in otahuhu

Welding technology are great to deal with, tell them simon sent you.

They do the otos helmets, that's what I use, can't remember the model but it's referred to as X-mode, x-mode picks up the electromagnetic field or some shit so sunlight doesn't trigger it

nope, they are only good at degreasing and getting rid of oil contamination,

need a rust and scale remover,

the good flushes only do one or the other,

on heavy gear I'd use restore plus from fleetguard to remove rust and scale,

and restore to clean out oil

Dish washer tablets crushed up or finish dish wash powder works really well,

or if your willing to spend a bit ($80 iirc) Restore from fleet guard, sold at Cummins and their dealers it's the best you can get for cleaning cooling systems contaminated with oil

Tube bending in east tamaki,

Sandvik for stainless, unless you like being bent over by steel and tube

How much do you sell them for there was a guy that was going to sell me 6 for 200 but right now it's a bit much as I yet to pay the engine builder and saving for that as I told him I don't care what it cost get it done and he hasn't given me a final price but if you could give me a good deal I could free up a little money
