Are louvres cool or not ??

Got one with my TA22 but I'm not sure if I like it or not.

Opinions everyone please.

Had the same idea for my RX2, nice smooth sides to the car with no fuel flap, although the rx2 tank is already under the boot floor, so I wouldn't have any weight probs.

Seen it done to a few rides from RX4's to SRcoupes so somebody must know the in's and outs.

Ring AMI CHCH Ferry Rd , they gave me a name of a guy who values old cars .

Don something can't remember his last name, his prices are a bit on the low side but the insurance guys can't argue with his valuation if anything happens.

He did the valuation on my RX2 and a mates RX4, was a real nice guy, will be getting him to do the valuation on the TA when it's ready.

The roof lining is stretched over the steel rods type.

So the big questin is what sort of interior light does a standard ta22 have? is it standard toyota item ie could I get 1 from a ke30 / sr coupe etc ? or are they someting different ?

Hey guys, I've got a 1973 ST TA22 , the cars all sweet but it's got the strangest roof console, it's got a centre light two map lights a rear light for the back seat and a speaker , also a hole up the front that is missing something.

Now I love TA's but I've never seen one of these before, and damn it's ugly.

Anyone know if it's a factory thing or was someone just very lucky to find a roof console that fits so bloody well to the shape of a ta22 roof.

Oh yeah one other thing, I'm 6 foot 5 and damn I'm cramped in the thing, anyone ever moved the seats in one of these? I need to get Them back a few inches more.

I tried a set of evo 1 recaros that I've got but they sat higher than the factory ones. HELP !!

Yeah the old 4 way wheel brace works too, pick 1 size too small for the lock nut and hammer it on.

Not pretty but it works, How do ya think all the arse holes flog our wheels !

Mods to them (can be brief or detailed): RX2-12a bridgeport 45mmIDA RX5 5speed (other than that shes stock, even down to the factory key and owners manual ) The TA22 I just got so mods are only someone elses but when I'm done it'll have a 13b bp in her., and the evo has taken alot of my money for mods, but none of you will want to hear about them

Anything else you want to add: 4 wheels and a motor, like them all 4's 6's 8's & rotarys, some alot more than others, but can see potential in all of them.

I have no time for people who cant see a car is what you make it , not who made it.
