  1. They come stock with an L24 - same as 240Z but with a single carb and toned down head/crank. I've replaced the carb with 240Z items. I'd really like to go for an RB25DET some day, but not in the near future (money!).
  2. Man, it might be slow and auto (feel your pain!) at the moment but just owning one of these rarities (seen only 1 in aus - ever) is a feat in itself. I love the styling of the car, and really looks awesome even as it is now if you ask me. Dunno bout the fart cannon though. Anyway big ups to you, so clean and tidy! Feel free to post more pics any time
  3. I apologise - it's not really very easy to see the tail lights before I changed them. Michael's right (of course ).
  4. You only missed the most obvious one tail lights. And I removed the rear mudflaps... Thanks for the positive comments!
  5. Just want to say, I'm watching this project with baited breath. This'll be damn cool if you pull it off correctly!!
  6. Here is my car pretty much as I acquired it in 2003. First thing I did was take off the boring/ugly steel hubcaps. With the plain black steel wheels I thought it looked pretty mean, but I had plans for larger, shiner things... I started off collecting everything I could for the GT-R replica. There are many subtle differences including badging, interior and fender mirrors etc. and all of it had to be imported from Japan since most people go when you say "1973 Skyline GT-R" to them in Australia. Here are a few later pictures after a good polish. See if you can spot the differences! The car now looks much different with flares and Watanabes. I will upload more pics as soon as I take them... but here's one crap one to give you an idea. edit: made it 56k friendly!
