So i bought this ute today since i think i miss my old one.

Its a 1976 1600cc nz new jobbie.

There is some rust in the floor under those dodgily applied panels

It even has a wof, from the mighty paeroa!

Pimpin vinyl interior (hah)

Firewall also has cancer

As does the battery tray

Once i get the cab off and attack the cancerous monster that currently resides in it im thinking of widened steels with flappers and keep the factory wheel nut covers on.

I was thinking of re powering with a 18rg so i can have twin cam goodness and it bolts right into the place of the power house that currently sits in the engine bay.

what sort of prices are they looking at to ship to nz, i cldnt find the price for shipping to here.

$85 in Australian coin, that includes freight and insurance.

It is for a mid 70's hilux, their listing only goes to 81 which isn't quite old enough.

I will email them to see what they can do.

May aswell get a few people to buy at the same time soooo who is keen for some bangin new carpet?

Has anyone bought pre cut interior carpet for their car and can reccomend a company in auckland or anywhere in nz/aus that were decently priced and you were happy with the product etc..

Also can you say what style (plush, shag pile etc) you got and what you thought of it.

If the public can't see it then it would have to be an inside job. If I was your Uncle I'd ring the manager of the MAF falility and ask who he reports to then ring that guy and ask him to explaine how a car in a secure MAF area got stolen..... was it customs cleared or was it in a bonded area?

It was in a bonded area, had not seen any sort of clearance.

Hello, my Uncle had a black fastback 1968 mustang stolen from kiwibond which is out by the auckland airport.

This car has not cleared MAF so it aint gonna have a shit show in hell of

getting a wof or reg.

It had JAS 68 californian no. plates on it.

If you hear of anyone trying to flick off fastback 68 parts gimmie a buzz.
