Flexible electrical conduit with some stiff wire inside to hold its shape would be the go for mocking up the headers.

Pretty sure the exhaust side AR is .64

At a guess i would say the id of the feed would be 5mm? It has no restrictor.
I see in that pic that the afm is blow through, the plastic cover on it will pop off and bleed air.
I could come have a quick look at it, even if its just to get more info for the other guys here?

Yea i guess, i would flag character for coils in a heartbeat though

On the previous car it was on, it wouldn't spin at idle.
Take it for a drive, nail it, it will come on boost around 3500-4000.
Ps, it will be laggy.

Mean, i've had a stock SIIA, SIII with 186 and my bro had a stock SIII. Helped the old man restore a SIIa that had 245 hemi with whatever the 3 speed auto is, galv chassis, stainless petrol tank and lots of other crap to make it last a few more years.
If i was to do it all again i wouldnt bother with a series landy and parabolic leafs, would roll a swb defender with rv8.
Fucking rust.

And yes, my sentence structure could be greatly improved as well as my grammer.Toyota uses 1.5mm thread pitch
qft
Yeah, and I need p1.25...
I looked up washers and haven't been able to find washers to suit. Tested the mags on today and they look yuck with the current ride height. I'll round with the Kernels idea. Although angle grinder=win IMO.
In that case, nissan uses p1.25

Freerer flowing exhaust will help, need to get the exhaust gas outta the manifold asap to prevent heat build up from what i've been told.
I wouldn't bother with custom mani unless you feel like spending money.

Is it stock exhaust?

RS Components have a lot of connectors, pretty sure the catalogue is free.
