there are pics in the gallery. it is a 1300L 1976 it is a Minter. only prob is there is a small whine in 3rd gear.

ok well hopefully you all know my car, if not its the orange 1300 escort in the gallery, anyway aparently (prev. owners words) the car has had hardened valves to cope with unleaded petrol. Should i still buy those little squirts of shit at the petrol station to put in? 2ndly, what petrol would be best and would it make a difference? if it helps i go 2 bp mainly. dunno why i need to tell you this

well i got the seats for $120 the pair, the drivers seat is a little bit worn at shoulder height. Wont know how much the mounts will be untill they are done. Not a very hard process though. I too, though they were from a prelude. mine have adjustble headrests though, do preludes?

fit in as in not to wide. im getting dads mechanic to make custom mounts. all very safe. smartypants

just updating, we took the vinyl seats out pretty easy and the new seats fit in. just. The are pretty cool seats, adjustable lumber, adjustable side suport and memory function. I dont think i will worry about that tho. will be going in sometime this week.

hey guys, just got some seats from maisey place wreckers for the esky. looks like they come out of some newish prelude maybe? they let me have em for about a week to see if they will fit and all ( i kinda no the owner). pics soon to be added sam

well folks, i was talking to this cat at work today who works at a wreckers on maisey place in vegas, i asked him if they had any 1600 escort motors in "nah, lots of 1300's though, 1600s getting a bit rare".
