As for mods, well where do I start...

Late model 1.7 engine conversion with tuned length extractors, big bore, mild cams, port work, K&N and rejetted Dellorto 40mm carbies

Rebuilt gearbox, with a mix and match of ratios from diff model Suds (closer gearing is the result), 3.8:1 final drive, clutch from a 33 quad cam.

Bilstein shocks in the front, Spax adjustable in the rear, Spax LOW coils all round. Just had new Brembo rotors... pity about shitty inboard brake system though.

ROH 14x6" rims (maybe 16s soon, but what I have got are light) with Dunlop FM901 rubber

Full panel and paint, (it was a rustbucket) sprayed in Alfa 156 silver (argento)

Sounds, MOMO bits, ummm yeah thats bout it really. Recaros for christmas, I have them sitting back home in Palmy, but can't affors to trim them on my student budget.... go the folks (my old mans mates a trimmer so itl be cheep for him anyway!)

Might be for sale soonish, or I'll keep it and do a 1.7 Quad cam injected motor conversion on it.

Pre 85 I reckon is the old school limit.... just cos lots of cars that were being made up until that sorta time were designed in the 70s anyways.
