I have been using this additive for over 40 years, I forgot about it for years, then discovered an old Black 250ml bottle & started using it again when we purchased a UniMog, that had a Good engine, but Smoked when starting COLD. After running the engine up to Temperature & using a whole bottle as it is a big engine, within a few Days the Engine Ran smoother & Never smoked when started in COLD weather! I also use the MBL Grease, as the Copper is appears to Extend the life if CV & Ball Joints etc. So, the Non Believers are possibly Not using the product properly...
