Not really vintage in the VCC sense but close enough I guess.
-
if the parts are labeled as vintage car parts then there is no duty
That would be wide open to interpretation too I suspect.

One of those would be okay with a B18c repower.
At least one vtec powered ADO16 exists. I have seen photos. Ultimate grandpa spec stealth machine.

I towed a big tandem axle trailer with my ADO16 once but only about half a mile on the flat and it was unloaded. There's another car that goes hard for what it is. Old geezer I knew in the '80s did one up to Cooper S spec plus a bit and it gave many V8s a fright off the line. Not many cheap ones left though.

Yep. Even on two supposedly identical cars. The bit you want will be the one bit that is different.
-
If the conversion is well done using OEM parts on factory bolt holes how would the average wof guy even notice?
-
Still plenty of cheap EA-EL coons around. They have their faults but they tow well, don't hog the gas real bad, and go hard when required.

Too rich for my blood. I'm thinking sub $1k.

I've had no complaints.

Yes, there is that.

A dealer in Dunners tried very hard to sell me one of those many years ago. I was looking for a big station wagon not a penis extension.

Seems a little bit silly to require cert if the whole thing uses OE parts that could have left the factory in an identical shell and mount on all factory provided bolt holes. Why is that?

Avoiding entanglement of dog with wheel spokes has to be good advice.

Must be a shitload of British stuff from back then with the same dizzy type. Can't be that hard finding a cap less fucked than the one you have. What sort is it?

Rustoleum rattlecans and she'll be right mate. International Harvester red be good for a coon?

Does the trailer work correctly on a different car?

You sir are certifiably insane. I approve.

Ha, he said cock socket. What a brilliant descriptive term.

The 250cc learner limit with no corresponding hp limit was bollocks too though. I seem to remember a 250 2 stroke from the old days that was good for 300 km/hr straight out of the box. TZR? Anyone else know?

When you back out of the garage and drive away then have to stop a mile down the road to scrape off the ice that just formed then it is cold.

Only if first registered after December 1951.

Anyone else remember the forward facing blue roof light when towing rule?
