I fell off the couch
Toyotas, they fix themselves

Lol the head torque was a joke
you had to be there

Don't forget ned, they are in series, not parallel

or 24v amp
-
oh right
-
So pretty much just wire constant 12v wire to battery positive, switched or acc wire into head unit switched 12v wire and earth to an earth, so just wire it like you'd normally wire an amp and ignore the other batt?
Yes
(as I just re-read you have the head unit thru 12v reducer)
Just make sure you take it off the positive of the battery that has the negative going to earth/ground
NOT the battery that has the negative loop wire/cable going to the other battery
Remember though, it will reduce the life of that battery

This if its a small amp. Will be sweet as
Why if its a small amp?

That's not the thought I had in the shower...
I'll show myself out

There isn't diesel in the fuel tank by accident is there?

...and,
b ) have some method of preventing acid spills from entering the passenger compartment of the vehicle; and
c ) are sealed and ventilated where charging and subsequent gas emission may occur while the vehicle is operating

Amp bodies wont be grounded, it would blow fuses/melt wires if it wasn't mounted well.
RCA wires will not be grounded
Speaker wires will not be grounded
Just went and checked
I hereby retract previous statement

2 amps off 1 24v battery is not a good idea... theres no way you can get 2 amps to draw the same current, and you will likely still blow stuff up as they wont current share properly. Just get a 24V amp and be done with it? maybe the amp is already 24V tolerant?
and changing the lead if you run it from one battery is also a bad idea, unless you optically isolate the signal wires from the stereo, and also electrically isolate the amp body from the car, or you will be shorting a battery to ground and melting wires and batteries.
He meant 1 amp off one battery, 1 amp off the other
Automotive batteries are 12v. there are no 24v auto batteries
And Kempy is right, it would have to be the battery connected to ground, unless the amp etc was protected from ground and the earth was put to the same battery negative
And it would take a long time to damage the battery
aaand, it would only damage it when the batteries were not being charged (e.g engine not running)
and changing the lead if you run it from one battery is also a bad idea, unless you optically isolate the signal wires from the stereo, and also electrically isolate the amp body from the car, or you will be shorting a battery to ground and melting wires and batteries.
I don't understand this...

You can get balancing charge controllers that would allow that
Yes, on a 12v system using 2 batteries.
But not a 24v system with 24v alternator.
There is available an inverter for doing heavy 12v off 24v supply. But I didn't mention it (and using 2 amps) bbecause I assumed he was not looking to spend money on it. That's why I suggested just taking it off one battery.
You could change the lead to the other battery every 3 months or so
Personally I wouldn't bother

I had one of thoseneeds some big 80s stripes when you are done

Copper-nickel is definitely the way to go, so easy to shape by hand, and flare
But it is kinda soft and could squash with a whack from a rock or something
But personally I definitely would, and have used it rather than steel

Run amp off one battery. 24v relay from acc source like head unit or cig lighter to switch 12v supply on/ off with ignition

I don't understand the question...
In your sample pic, the sway bar is pointing down and the bushes are handling the angle.
Is that not the answer to your question?
