  1. me thinks your a bunch of softies :P :D

moan about the high prices of rhd :D

its not as hard as made out, not to someone competent etc

you do all what you say for a rhd cert anyways, so .... why not a lhd :D

alot of work, again, most do that work to a rhd drive car anyways :) whats the difference

alot of the parts can be reused in a rhd conversion,  you be surprised how little parts you need, just some fabrication needed

people buy the same rhd drive parts for their rhd,

again, same amount of money spent on rhd to get there also

i just find it funny, the V8 guys do it all the time, RX guys not lol

    each to their own :D

fire suit on, awaiting for flamage :D

I'm prob never gunna have the cash to buy a old rotary. But still wana own at least one. So was thinking about a RX8. Reading though a bit of info the series 2 seems the one to buy, without doing engine mods. Was there a better year to buy with the series 1? Google tells me series 2 started in 2009 is that correct?

search my posts for rx8 content

  4. my 2 cents :)

    re blue r100, i like it :D

me thinks its a 20-25k car max at present, especially needing an engine

it would probably help sale and price, if the engine was stripped and assessed, as it is, its a big unknown on cost of repair to engine etc

    engine - 10-15k ?

    interior - 5-10k ?

get back on road and legal - 5-10k ?

probably have to recert it with another engine and whatever you do to it etc

youll probably have to spend 30-40k on it to bring it up to a 60k plus car

    waiting for flamage :D

Is it house prices that causing all these overpriced RX prices ?

  5. @dabuzz

Ive still got it. Never sell it

just keep making it better/stronger etc, to take my sunday driving style :D

    In storage. mates warehouse.

Hope to have it back out 2020

I'll be driving it for as long as I can keep getting a drivers licence :)

so hopefully at least 70 lol
