bit of an update.. Boot floor is now welded in, Front chassis repaired on both sides And Motor stripped down awaiting custom forged pistons. Body starting to take shape now just got Mounts to make up and install for the air bags before I can seal the underbody And relocated seat belt mounts to inner sills just need this signed off with inspector and can plate the 4 sills up

Floor pans were average in places so chopped out completely to expose chassis and gave chassis a sandblast and a lick of Por15

It's pretty much a full rebuild of everything! It's turned into a muuuch bigger job than i first thought, just getting it road worthy... If I'm going to do it at all nows the time to do it!

The boot floor was pretty Patina'd too

Both sides pretty average Those holes were from an ally plate one of the previous owners had riveted over all the rusty crap and that whole cavity there was full of bog. It was actually quite solid and took a while to get it all out!
