I don't understand why the people cut the slab that way other than to prove it can be done. If you tipped it on it's side you'd only be cutting through 80MM.

Where are your 18V spikes? oin the power supply or the input pin for the micro?
At the arduino battery.
The pins get higher voltage spikes...
I'm going to sound like an idiot but everyone thinks i am one already, so who cares.
Those are some impressive diagrams but i don't understand any except the voltage regulator looking thing. I wonder if i can use one of those AMS1117-5.0
The rest i have am not sure what i'm looking at or how it'd be connected.

Also i noticed there is an error in that crude drawing.
That diode connected to the "Arduino ground" actually bridges the output and power supply pins on that same transistor.
And that diode you put an arrow to, without that the mostfet sometimes started making horrible noises until i added that. -
You don't have to get owner bottles retested if you own them over 100 years, as long as they only stamp the last 2 digits of the test date on the bottle.
Just hoard them a while longer.- 3

That's an interesting thought but i'm getting the spike if i simply hold a magnet near them. Fairly sure it's something from the coils and my shitty transistor array, and something something snubber diodes.

Would you do a van chassis for money? just fishing around for options.

The first one.
The second one. Using that now.
Today my tests revealed why one of the sensors was becoming increasingly faulty. They've been receiving 18 volt spikes. Not sure where that came from or how to isolate that from the arduino.- 6

I thought it was going to be a rotary rover. Or maybe the gas turbine one but not sure how that's a rotar?

I had a wooden box with fancy brass screws and clear plastic windows.... and a cooling fan.
(Would post a video here but everyone would laugh at it) -
Made an electronic ignition using an arduino. Can leave it running on the bench for hours with an electric drill turning the cam sensor over, no problems.
Put it in the car & it kills the arduino in 20 seconds.
And for some reason it was putting the whole thing into a boot loop the few seconds before it died this time.
Lucky i'm not using genuine, china clones are cheap enough to sacrifice a few but i think i'll stop soon.
Used a separate power supply for the arduino & MOSFET drivers this time. Still cooked it.
I don't get it.- 2

Will they be back this summer? Because i'm hoping my car will have some things done & be driving this summer.

But it's $60.

Would that mask do for iso' with the right filters? I don't think those cotton filters are up to much.

I don't see much point in an axle running over the top so it can't be loaded with stuff in the middle.
I've seen trailers with those flexi arm rubber square duratorque things. They have a pricetag though and i don't think they are adjustable.Best i've seen was a trailer with airbags. It was for loading things but, you know...

I like the look of those units but problem is they use 2G which 2 degrees turned off & there is a risk of losing it altogether in NZ.

A rich guy i know had someone carve a plywood center console & had it covered to look orig'. If you run out of options.

Steel BBs from the sport shop and pull them out with a magnet.

Speed up the process eleventeen billion percent by strapping it to a car wheel instead!
I'll just let myself out.--->
I've tumbled things strapped to a car wheel before, let it idle for an hour on stands. Don't recommend it.

Ideal woody material

Heat it & beat it. If it stands up to that then sandblast & treat it. May have a few holes to patch. But then i've patch up land rovers worse than that & they're horrible rust magnets.

Only for the winter!
Rotary piner thread.

I'd have bought an RX8 years ago if i had somewhere good to keep it.
At this rate the closest i'll come to rotary ownership is one of those seatbelt pretensioners and a bottle of compressed air on a bike or something.
