Ratshit man, always wondered why we cant have rotor housings with a removable section to just replace apex seals/springs
Immense wear and possible jamming from different rates of expansion.
When i look at pictures of them they have so few moving parts. i thought it would be a weekend project to replace them?

Honest opinions on the latest from australia.
Just gone too far in my opinion.
Nice finish, nicely presented but.. Yes, too far. 13-14 inch wheels with uncut body for me plz.
-
Actually i have no plans. i can go if u need pit crew?
-
i would say hi but i'm not going.

How do you lug a compressor and 2KM extension lead around the coast? IDK where ppl go fishing anymore actually..

Its all about fucking about in a cold southerly on the service station forcourt mixing 2 stroke into your tank but looking cool 'cause you own a 'tang bro.
So I read today in a magazine for flat peakers that Mazda are bringing out a new Rx7 in 2017....
i knew it! i always suspected rotary owners put casteroil or something in the tank when they filled up but had never seen one at a gas station to prove it.
But is there a certain ratio or is it simply a matter of rough guesstimate and add before fuel?

so with so many different size/different ports, you couldnt make one seal to suit them all,
Kind of why i thought the housing could be made different by an aftermarket supplier with a little Oring groove for each water passage hole thing instead of the giant ones for all, but then i don't know anything.
-
So that Jport thing depicted here. Do the aftermarket parts people offer a housing with an O ring groove for each water port thing and housings to match? i would have thought there would be a market for them. That picture with the purple paint on it looks different to the others i've seen (not that i have seen many) there are no grooves?

Hilux, opps my mistake.

i was thinking just roll the rusty mazda as is, on a farm of course. Maybe with some wood screwed to it to stop bits falling off.
-
They command that kind of money now? i must still be in last decade. Nice car though, doesn't look like people used holesaws for installing speakers in the seat bases or anything like that.
-
But what is the black thing in the dashboard above the shift lever area?
-
Oh Damn...
Wow i was still alive back then and saw a couple of those spec' cars (probably same cars?) wish we had internet out this far back then.
-
i'd buy it but don't trust me to do that, i have too many rotten wrecks as it is to buy something that cost actual money.
-
2 of my cars don't have shocks or bumpstops. From factory. i have so many crap cars..

Haha sounds awesome, do you have any pics? Was it a full size thing or only a little one
It was home made about 2/3rd scale? and we were too poor to own a camera at the time.

I want to build a penny farthing and then maybe motorise it for the ultimate dangerous bicycle
i did that. It had a weed eater motor, It fell apart because it was no money spec.
What would my impossible project be? Too many to list..

This video
Just before 3 minutes in, why is there a bullet hole in the windshield? -
i may still have some tail light lenses for the wagon, one with a small hole drilled in it if you need one.
-
I miss ye olde bongo specials. Where have they all disappeared to??
i presume some were pink stickered into oblivion & the rest.. doesn't bear thinking about what happened..
-
Yup, they do.
It'll probably be back on Trademe in a month with huge wheels and for twice as much.
So if u sit in the back u tuck ur knees under ur chin? How do u sleep in these cars? in the front i guess.
-
Damn, even i could have bought that. Do all the rear seats have that shape?
-
I can tell you with absolute certainty that is a 1955 Willys Aero
Did any of you guys get anything? Tons of Hillman bits!
No, i had no idea they were there. And that car does not look like a total loss. i see at least one tail light lens.

Yeah but i am betting the bolt in piece would not heat/cool at exactly the same rate and you would end up with a very slight ridge where the pieces meet.
