Used to just cut and polish my merc, lots of kits on trademe , some with uv protectant? To help them stay clear for longer apparently.

there was also a company that would clear coat them and warranty it for a few years but was pricey (cheaper than merc headlights tho)

Need to rewire new gauges and shorten loom as it won't fit in new smaller headlight bucket, want to relocate key and fuses from above triple clamps to tidy it all up

Sooo been awhile, yeah the timing chain on mine had gone but previous owner sorted that (but stuffed the water pump seal)

Got hoop for rear, then changed mind for now will attempt to fit original taillight and see if it's any good/ get it going and see if it can get a wof

Went through this late last year took it to mf King in petone, took just over 2 weeks, rang supagas in hams they can do it In 1/2hr for same cost (but would have to figure out courier etc) so just went with mf King (looks like they have changed agents now tho?)

If anyone is after a bottle this seems like a better option if it hangs around

Funny I had a wolf guy maybe 6yrs ago make me take back belts out of work truck as it had seats removed and shelving installed maybe did back then,

Also remember some rules around drag racing with back seats removed (some wof/road legal catagory) requiring it to all be removed and regod as a 2seater ?
