  1. One of the main things that has been bugging me since i bought this project is the panels that have been fitted in the sides to turn it back into a van. They were just a big flat (ish ) panel which were pop riveted into place and bogged over. The original sides have a raised centre section which gives the panel alot more strength. Here is what the panel beater started with.
  2. Front end has been panel gapped and is all spot welded on.
  3. I should've decided to outsource the panelbeating long ago... Progress is coming along nicely. Auto tunnel is now fitted.
  4. The panelbeater is back at work today. Getting ready to fit the auto tunnel.
  5. Best I make a start and see what I'm dealing with.
  6. Some more progress at the panelbeaters too
  7. Alternator bracket now fitted too.
  8. Have rebuilt the quick rack now and fitted it to the x member.
  9. Hahahahaha..... I never looked at it that way ! Phil is an awesome Panelbeater... proper craftsman.
  10. Back to work today, the pace will probably slow up a bit but still plan on doing a bit each night. Keep the momentum going hopefully.
  11. Removed all the factory weld spatter and bits of welding wire, didn't go too ott. Got it etch primed before I went home for the day.
  12. With the heater back together it's time for the suspension, starting with the front.
  13. Cheers, getting there bit by bit.
  14. Assembly time tomorrow... Happy days!
