Is the bolt pattern for the flywheel flange on a 305 Chevrolet the same as a 308 Holde?

Went to Macintosh and got some clutch parts, still need a heap more but it makes the clutch so much nicer

It would sometimes run but then drop a cylinder and pop and bang and then not start even tho it had spark, it wouldn't rev past idol, the distrubtor doesn't have pick ups like a normal one but spring loaded carbon brushes that run on the rotor witch is a disk with another spring loaded contact in the center, I spent about 12 hours trying to get this system to work, sometimes it would work well for 15 mins and then engine would cut out and not start, I was riding around the grave roads in woodhill today for a long time and it didn't miss a beat. 

I could not get the Днепр MT9 to run no matter what I did but wile I was just about to go to sleep I thought if i ditched the distrubtor rotor and ran a Harley coil off the points it would be good and fuck me it goes well.

I found why it wasn't going the choke was out, plug was all sooty, guy got about 15 mins riding before dumping it outside in the field saying it had broken down

Looks a bit better now, owner should be happier, they just wanted it going.
