He got the hang of the clutch pretty fast after I he realised all the cool bikes have them, probably after 1 hour, still more improvement to be made on down changing and finding neutral, but this bike is pretty haggard. 

Nz has a major dirt bike shortage, no one can afford a new one and all the hoodrats have driven up the prices on used ones

I have 2 dr200 engines where they have just cut the kick-start shaft off and silicone up the hole. 

At least buy the factory rubber bung m8

This kick start broke off flush with the side cover and its a split the caces job to fix it, tapped a bolt into it and welded the shit out if it

The flex plates are different, the offset is changed other wise the same.

The WUR should have no impact on the cold start injector, it'll be electronically controlled, usually by a thermotime switch. Its worth checking the cold start injector isn't leaking though, as they can be known to do that.

I discovered the wiring for the WUR in my volvo was completely burnt and shorting out and it had no impact on the cars running, some of that same wiring I think was connected with.

I have a few spare kjet systems if you need anything? I probably do more miles with this system than anyone and I believe thats what they like or they have problems

After replacing the WUR is the cold start injector shutting off? 

Engine may make more power but that bike is probably a week old and already chrome is coming off and frame is cracked in 10 places and engine makes a loud ticking noise and its on its 3rd seat cover and some how forks are full of water and gear change spline has rounded off and the ignition fell apart

Dont fuck with Kjet, just keep driving using injector cleaner,

Son went to the Honda riding school and Chris Power was his coach for the day

I sent a piston to a shop to have the ring groves widened for new rings and I marked the front with a scribe on the crown its a split skirt piston and it has a T slot in one face, the shop took a cut off the piston crown and polished it for some unknown reason and now I have no idea witch way round it went

Its just for the adapter plate witch bolts to the flywheel to attach the UJ for a jet boat, I could slot one hole 

I really want a shovel head but every one I have looked at in my price range has been totally destroyed
