I was having some strange carb mixture problems so sprayed some brake cleaner behind the stator and sure enough the engine stalled 

I had a colleague who had a zzr250 he was selling and people were asking on TM is it in showroom condition and if not what would it take to make it? And I sed he should say "a fucking miracle" and he did just that and never did hear back from the guy.

There are 2 adjustments for the damper on those shocks I think, one at the top and o e at the bottom

I had x2 of them, got one on trademe for $130 and one of the other bidders sed I was an arsehole for out bidding him

There is a good looking myford on fb for $600

The TF has a 21" front wheel and a higher seat height and conventional gear change pattern, quality isn't the best, paint and chrome wise

I think it looks ok now

I reckon it would be good to buy up a huge amount of TF125s and AG100s they will all disappear and be worth like 2k each in a year or so

At Sound of Thunder today for a look. Britten is a customer bike - don't know whose. Having some probs too.  Saw a bike you'd like Rudi, Kevin Ryan from the West Coast has one of Ray Breingan's lowboy Norton frames with a GM 500 speedway motor in it. Rough as guts.

I think i saw your rm360 with the gs motor, looked cool, was a yamaha xt600 with a CB550 motor in it around for a bit to.

My Norton with the wideline frame and esso motor will be as rough as shit, you should see the tank I got for it

One guy in henderson has a Kawasaki KLX 600 but he has fitted a BSA B33 engine

This has probably got a Binks fitted. Works big-port AJS - one of two that came here for the agents to race. The old man won NZ beach champs 3 years running in the mid 20's. plus mile and half mile grass wins. Rode for the agents down here - Bells. Pic is after winning on Brighton beach in we think 1927.  Both the works bikes are long lost.

Yes it was a Binks rat trap, its about a foot long.

Paul Hayes was telling me how every friday evening they would load up a truck with all the 1920 and 30s motorcycles and parts from his dads shop and tip it into the Waikato river

I know where a rat trap carb is but its basically useless and obsolete as so one likes using the kill switch as a trottel

I found all this free today, I just wanted the pree monobloc stuff that was in the bottom
