I found another WD Big 4 engine, it has the tappits and valve lifter I was missing, also the cam pinion is better than the one I have. Much to my surprise and glee this engine doesn't have lipped roller main bearings, they are about $400 a bearing, this just has ball race bearings.

Canoe transport was saying the other day a the crashes in nz are because of classic cars

I rebuilt the gearbox on this and top end with the correct bottom end for 1939, this bike killed the last owner with its fward folding main stand.

It seems in Thailand they have very strange ways of doing mechanics, I don't think you would achieve a better result other than getting lots of views on fb

The beams on this bulding are pretty impressive, probably 2ft or more round, I was disappointed to see the shed was full of wood and good cars out in the rain
