ratchet Posted November 8, 2016 Share Posted November 8, 2016 Wondering if anyone can suggest a compatible dif centre or gearboxfrom other Mitsi to give higher ratio gearing ie longer legs. Engine is 1600, alloy head, currently column change. I figure changing the dif centre would be easier fix than changing gearbox. I marked the driveshaft coupling and counted turns of wheel to get an idea of current ratio and I think it's about 4:1, ie very low. Any suggestions most welcome.
