Guest Truenotch
I'm working my way down the western side of the lake and should be at Turangi by 3pm.
Guest Orion
Here's my intended route, don't mind either way if people follow or not. Route may change depending which car I take down, the lack of service stations selling 98 between Ngaruawahia and Taihape could be a worry. http://goo.gl/maps/3nBXc Don't want to dawdle because I have to be in Feilding by a certain time but I'm mindful that I won't be driving an AW11 or a TX3 go kart so doubt I'll be setting any speed records either. It's a fun little drive though!

It's a fun little drive though! Going Ngaruawahia - Otorohanga - Te Kuiti - Taumaranui - Ohakune - Waiouru - Taihape is a faster & better drive. As a bonus there is a BP with 98 in Taumaranui! http://goo.gl/maps/2aq23

Guest alfalfa
Watch out for the cops in Te Kuiti lolz. Last time through there zep and I got pulled over in the Gem and they gave it the once over. Missed the wastegate venting to atmosphere but did not like the super tall gear lever. Got asked if it was a drift car, we scoffed. Nice enough cops though, one of them was loving it haha
