Guest Walker.NZ Posted April 7, 2013 Share Posted April 7, 2013 hey guys i bought a set of dellorto dhla40 carbs to rebuild for my wagon, in the process of stripping them down ive made a major bollocks and broken one of the heads on the idle mixture screw, i was wondering if anyone has had this issue before in christchurch and how they have fixed it? any suggestions for a place where i can take the body to get repaired? or i could be interested in buying a bare carb body if anyone has one spare? Webber specs in Auckland sorted it out (it was about 15 years ago though) They did a good job, I never had problems with them again. It won't cost you much to courier it up and back.
