Guest Llama
Poor earth/sticky float
Guest shizzl
common fault on b2000s, usually its the contacts on the sender. we just chucked another sender into the tank of our work truck.. earth your sender wire to the chassis and the gauge should go to full, no earth and itll read empty, if that works out then the gauge is sweet. Guest coldturkey
I had an issue before where the fuel gauge was reading randomly all the time. Turns out some muppet had put the float on the sender unit on it's side when they put the fuel tank back in.
